The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce supports nonprofits the same way it supports any business member — through advocacy, visibility, and access to resources. As a member, a nonprofit can tap into the Chamber's local and state policy advocacy, get exposure through the member directory and events like ribbon cuttings and economic luncheons. It's less a dedicated nonprofit program and more a broad membership network that nonprofits can plug into for credibility, connections, and growth resources in the Augusta region.

Augusta Chamber Of Commerce

Founded by Dr. Glenn Toby, the Book Bank Foundation’s mission is to promote literacy by providing books and literature to underprivileged children and adults in our community, while also offering resources to help combat abuse, hunger, and homelessness. Guided by a vision of decreasing illiteracy through sound and innovative methods, we strive to foster learning, social awareness, and individual prosperity for every member of our community.
